Payment Schedule
40% at kickoff ($4,800), 40% at prototype review ($4,800), and 20% at handover ($2,400).
This illustrative price excludes applicable taxes and third-party expenses.
Client Responsibilities
Provide current onboarding material and access to five interview participants.
Return consolidated feedback within two working days.
Confirm content accuracy and nominate an approver before kickoff.
Acceptance Criteria
Acceptance covers six annotated screens, the welcome email outline, a working prototype
and two team sessions. The lead records acceptance or specific scope-related corrections.
The Decision
Alder Studio sponsor Priya Shah and Northstar lead Maya Chen review scope on 25 June.
Proposed kickoff: 5 July. Acceptance is a recorded review of the agreed deliverables, not
an automatic consequence of payment.
